Stephanie Riddle, MSW, LSW
Stephanie is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s degree in social work. She is working on obtaining her LCSW and is being supervised by Shannon Weise, MSW, LCSW. Stephanie graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a BS in Psychology and obtained her MSW from Temple University. She has worked in child welfare, outpatient therapy and family based mental health services for over 17 years.
Stephanie enjoys working with all ages and is familiar with all presentations of mental health issues. Her experience in child welfare gave her the ability to observe firsthand how trauma can manifest in children, adolescents and adults. During her time working in outpatient therapy she was able to see how much the therapeutic relationship can make a difference. Stephanie is talented with utilizing CBT, ACT, ERP, and EMDR for anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma and life transitions. She is also knowledgeable with applying DBT when necessary. Steph is motivated to build her knowledge with continued training and learning new skills. She looks forward to building her EMDR caseload using those skills for clients needing help with trauma.
Stephanie has a natural ability to help her clients feel comfortable and calm. She is passionate about helping her clients become the best version of themselves and offers a safe space to explore that journey. Stephanie is originally from northern Pennsylvania. Outside of the office, Stephanie practices self-care by being in nature whether that is hiking, camping or just enjoying the beautiful sights and peaceful sounds. She is a fan of Seinfeld, collects anything Peanuts and has a cat named Linus.
