Outpatient Licensed Therapist
We are a small private practice offering mental health treatment for all individuals. Our practice specializes in treating individuals with OCD, anxiety, phobias, BFRBs, as well as other mental health disorders. We are seeking an additional therapist with availability for evenings and weekends (if needed or you want to work those times).
We can assist you with your LSW supervision hours by providing regular clients and weekly supervision at no additional cost! We offer flexible schedules and competitive hourly session rates in a comfortable private practice setting! We are seeking someone available days and evenings. This would be a full-time position for in-person with some telehealth sprinkled in.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments/evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. We specialize in treating anxiety disorders and OCD.
Provide therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as ACT, DBT, ERP, and CBT.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, focusing on topics relevant to client needs.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
Stay updated on best practices in the field of mental health therapy.
Experience
A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
Valid licensure as a therapist in the state of practice is preferred, supervision is provided towards advanced licensure.
Experience working with children and adult populations is highly desirable.
Proficiency in various psychotherapy techniques.
Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for mental health diagnoses is essential.
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
Previous experience in a clinical setting providing therapy is preferred.
